Leah serves as the Athletic Academic Advisor and Athletic Strength and Conditioning Coach. 

Leah has history of competitive athletics. She was a collegiate volleyball and softball player beginning her journey at Butler Community College in Kansas and finishing she softball career at Southeast Missouri State University. Her athletic background introduced her to the strength and conditioning field and is actively living the lifestyle as a competitive powerlifter. In addition to her passion of health and fitness, she received her Master’s degree in Exercise Science with an emphasis of Strength and Conditioning from the University of South Florida. 

Leah has a variety of experience working with athletes. Previously, she worked in the performance science department for the New York Yankees. Whie there she aided in biomechanical analysis, fitness tests, and nutrition distribution. Prior to working at the New York Yankees, she has helped numerous people with their health and fitness goals while working as a successful personal trainer at LA Fitness. 

Leah is a New Mexico native and currently resides in Tampa, Florida. She is NSCA-Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist certified and an avid learner in the field.
