Dominique Coleman is in his First season as Head coach for the HCC Men's Basketball team. Coleman, who spent last season as an assistant coach at HCC is determined to bringing HCC back to where it once was. 

A native of Oakland, California, Dominique came to HCC and earned an Associate in Arts degree in Field Studies. While playing basketball for HCC, he led the nation in scoring with 27.1 points per game. He also led the HCC Hawks to the State Tournament before being knocked out by Chipola College. After graduating from HCC, Dominique received a scholarship to The University of Colorado where he received his bachelor's degree in Sociology in 2008.

Prior to joining the HCC coaching staff, Dominique spent 10 years playing professionally in Europe. France, Italy, Belgium, Austria, Ukraine and Finland were among the places he played.
