Sophomore, #1 Japhet Medor of Men's Basketball is HCC's Hawk of the Week

Jay scored 40 pts , 8 steals, 9 assists, 2 rebounds in a loss to nationally ranked ( 12th) Fla. Southwest. He had 23 pts. 8 rebounds in a loss to nationally ranked (3rd ) Indian River.

Jay also received scholarship offers from Stetson, Univer. So. Louisiana - Monroe, Fordham University, after his play the last week.
