Name, Image, Likeness 

Hillsborough Community College is implementing a procedure to address the New Rule 6A-12.0582 Administrative Code, Florida College System Intercollegiate Student-Athlete Compensation Rights. The rule provides Florida College System (FCS) institutions with additional guidance to ensure FCS student athletes will have equal opportunity to control and profit from commercial use of their name, image or likeness (NIL). The Department of Athletics at HCC will educate all student athletes on this and provide financial literacy and life skills workshops.  More information to follow.
